The Uxbridge Auxiliary Half Marathon and family 5K Walk/Run is a charitable event organized by a group of dedicated volunteers from the Uxbridge Hospital Auxiliary and local assistance from the Trails Committee of Uxbridge and local runners. This charitable event is to raise money for the Uxbridge Cottage Hospital and to assist in the fight against breast cancer with the purchase of new digital breast screening equipment. The money raised from the half marathon and 5k family walk/run will pay for a $500,000.00 breast cancer digital scanner and six adjustable beds.

The Uxbridge Hospital Auxiliary would also like to encourage people of all ages, both competitive and recreational, to participate in healthy activities and experience the amazing benefits of keeping fit.

The race will be run through beautiful country trails and open road. This will be a wonderful peaceful run through beautiful countryside that will take your breath away.
